* All acupuncture appointments include 20 minutes of consultation time. This is generally more than adequate to discuss your acupuncture and herbal medicine treatment. If you require more time (nutritional consultation, review of the supplements you are taking, health coaching, etc.), please schedule 30 or 60 minutes of additional consultation time. Between appointments one 10-minute telephone or email consultation to answer questions (if necessary) is complimentary. Telephone calls or emails requiring more than 10 minutes will be billed at the consultation rates indicated above.

** As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please notify me 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Please keep in mind that because I do not double or triple-book appointment times (as many health care providers do) time that has been set aside for you cannot be used for anyone else if you do not provide advanced notice that you are not coming. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee. Valid emergencies are, of course, always an exception. Thank you for your understanding.
