As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please notify me 24 business hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Please keep in mind that, because I do not double or triple-book appointment slots (as many health care providers do), time that has been set aside for you cannot be used by anyone else if you do not provide sufficient advance notice that you are not coming.
As indicated in the office policies document that you signed prior to your first appointment, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee ($75.00 for follow-up appointments, $100.00 for new patient appointments). Valid emergencies are, of course, always an exception to this policy.
